Wo und wann erhalte ich meine kostenlosen oder gekauften Autogramm- und Fotoshootingtickets?
Wenn Du deine Autogramme und Fotos über unseren Ticket-Shop vor der Convention bestellst, erhälst Du ein separates E-Ticket, welches Du mit zum Event bringen musst. Wenn Du ein Silber- oder Goldticket gekauft hast, welches Autogramme der Stargäste beinhaltet, wirst Du Deine Tickets dafür an der Registratur erhalten (Sie sind dann im Registrationspacket). Außerdem hast Du die Chance Tickets während der Convention zu kaufen. In dem Fall erhältst Du sofort dein Ticket.
 
Ist es möglich noch zusätzliche Foto- und Autogrammtickets zu kaufen?
Ja, Du kannst zusätzliche Tickets bei der Convention oder in unserem Ticket-Shop kaufen.
 
Wie funktionieren die Fotoshootings?
Beim Event werden wir 2 professionelle Fotografen haben, welche Bilder von Dir und den Stargästen machen werden. Gold- und Silberticketinhaber werden zuerst durch die Fotoshootings geführt. Danach sind die Standardticketinhaber an der Reihe (Aufgerufen nach den Nummern der E-Tickets).
 
Kann ich während des Fotoshootings auch selber Fotos von mir und den Stargästen machen?
Nein. Es ist generell nicht erlaubt Fotos während der Fotoshootings zu machen. Die professionellen Fotografen werden alle Fotos schießen.
 
Ist es möglich ein Foto mit einem Stargast zusammen mit einem Freund/einer Freundin zu machen?
Ja, natürlich. Allerdings muss jeder der auf das Bild soll auch ein eigenes Fototicket kaufen. Es läuft nach dem Verfahren: Ein Ticket pro Person, nicht pro Foto. Ihr erhaltet in diesem Fall dann aber auch zwei (unterschiedliche) Fotos.
 
Wann erhalte ich mein Foto?
Schon während der Shootings werden wir beginnen die Fotos auszudrucken. Die Fotos werden an der Registratur nach Beendigung der Fotoshootings ausgelegt, so dass Du die Chance erhältst, Deine Bilder noch am gleichen Tag abzuholen.
 
Ist es möglich meine Fotos auch als JPEG zu kaufen?
Ja, Du kannst Deine Fotos während des Events als JPEG für 3 Euro pro Stück kaufen. Du erhältst dann innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach der Convention eine E-Mail mit Deinen bestellten Bildern.

How do I get my free or bought Autographs- or Photo-Shooting-Tickets?
If you order your Autograph- or Photo-Shooting-Tickets before the event via our Ticket-Shop, you will get a separate E-Ticket which you have to bring to the event. If you bought a Silver- or Goldticket, which includes Autographs of the Guests you will get your Tickets at the Registration desk (They are included in your Registration Package). In addition it is possible to buy Tickets during the Convention. In that case you will get your Tickets straight away.

 

Is it possible to buy extra Tickets for Photo-Shootings and Autographs?
You will get the chance to buy extra Photo-Shooting-Tickets and Autograph-Tickets at the Registration desk of the event and via our Ticket-Shop.

 

How do the Photo-Shootings work?
At the Event we will have 2 professional Photographers who will take Pictures of you and the Guest. Silver- and Gold-Ticketholders will go through the Photo-Session first. After that we will call you by Numbers (Your E-Ticket will contain your Number).

 

Can I take Photos at the Shooting with the Guest by myself?
No. Generally it’s not allowed to take Photos during the Photo-Shooting. The professional Photographer will take all the Photos.

 

Is it possible to be in a Photoshoot together with a Friend?
Yes, of course. However you need to buy two Photo-Shooting-Tickets. It is one Ticket per Person, not per Photo. The Photographer however will take 2 Pictures, so that you will get 2 Photos.

 

When will I get my Photo?
During the Photo-Shooting we will start to print the Photos. The Photos will be at the Registration desk to pick up after the Photo-Shooting ended, so that you will get the opportunity to collect your Photos at the same day.

 

Is it possible to buy my Photos as JPEG?
Yes, you will get the opportunity to buy your Photos as JPEGs for 3 Euro each. You will receive an E-Mail within 2 Weeks after the Convention with your ordered Pictures.

Wird es mit jedem Stargast täglich ein Photoshoot geben?

Z.B. wenn ich ein Foto mit Lew Temple möchte. Wird es Samstag & Sonntag ein Photoshoot mit ihm geben, oder kann es sein, dass es nur an einem Tag einen Photoshoot mit ihm gibt, sprich Samstag oder Sonntag ( mir geht es nur um die grundsätzliche Planung, mir ist natürlich klar, dass der genaue Plan jetzt noch nicht stehen kann)?

Ja, jeder Gast wird jeden Tag ein Fotoshooting haben

Ich bin am Sa. gegen 9 Uhr da. Ich hoffe, ich verpasse das Rooker Shooting nicht! Muss das E-Ticket vorher bearbeitet werdet oder kann ich damit direkt zum Shootong gehen?
